The Brooklyn, Surrey, BC
Located in the rapidly developing Surrey Central City area, The Brooklyn is a 57 unit residential building purchased in July 2009. Currently undergoing several upgrades including updates to units, common areas, and landscaping. This recent acquisition is a great place for students, seniors, and families alike.

Parkwood Condominiums, Lloydminster, AB
Acquired in May of 2007, this exceptional multi-family venture consists of 59 residential units spread over 2 separate buildings. Both interior & exterior renovations have been completed and sales have been strong.

Ptarmigan Apartments, Kimberley, BC
Located in the picturesque township of Kimberley, Ptarmigan Apartments is a superior, well-maintained, excellently managed 21 unit residential condominium building. Priced competitively, Ptarmigan Apartments is a product that provides security and peace of mind in these troubled financial times.

Scottsburn Meadows, Estevan, SK
In the city known as the 'Energy City', this project is comprised of 57 condominium units. Launched at the beginning of February 2008, over forty-five percent of these units were sold in just 30 days. The project successfully concluded on October 1st, 2008.

Crofton Place, North Battleford, SK
Consisting of 14 fully renovated residential condominium units, Crofton Place has provided investors the opportunity to own an affordable investment property with tremendous capital appreciation potential.

Riverfront Walks, Quesnel, BC
Principals project managed construction and development of numerous single family homes in this gated riverfront community. Coordinated between landowners, builders, and real estate agents and assisted in successfully marketing a picturesque subdivision.

Menzies Apartments, Merritt, BC
Purchased in June 2006, this 50 unit building was already strata titled. Sold with a partner to market and sell units to investors and completed in February of 2007.

High Country Townhomes, Chetwynd, BC
Purchased 23 of 28 townhomes in March 2006, did minimal updates, and quick turn around with sales to investors with no majors renovations. 16 of 23 units sold on same day of closing and project was completed by July of 2006.

Chetwynd, BC
Purchased in the fall of 2005, this highway frontage property is currently under development. The project includes a comprehensive subdivision encompassing 250 single family lots & 15 commercial lots. This project is now available for purchasing.

Highland Townhomes, Nanaimo, BC
Located in the fast growing "Harbour City", Highland Townhomes is a 21 Unit townhome complex that was purchased in 2008 as a revenue producing investment.

Maple Ridge, BC
This 9 unit townhouse complex was 7 years old and strata titled when purchased in August 2005. Upgrades were completed to both exterior and interior and sold through local realtor to owner occupied suites.

Mission, BC
Three concrete tilt ups constructed between 2007 and 2009 consisting of a strata titled office building, an industrial building, and a strata titled office & industrial building.

Brought 50 units under contract in May 2006 and reached agreement to sell the contract in July 2006.

40 Acres in Parkland County, AB
Brought 40 acres west of Edmonton under contract with local investor in August 2006 and sold in September 2006. Brought another 40 acres under contract with local investor in February 2007 and sold in April 2007.

149 Acres in Parkland County, AB
Brought 149 acres west of Edmonton under contract in October 2006 with local investor and sold to a major home builder in December 2006.

Princeton, BC
Brought 40 acres of land under contract with local investor in August 2005, logged property, and sold in August 2006.
