Bluecreek Properties Ltd. and it’s associates have established themselves as highly motivated, passionate & successful individuals who do not compromise on integrity, honesty and loyalty. Our successful past projects vary from raw development land to single family residential construction to multi-family developments to commercial & industrial developments. The following is a brief sample of some of the projects & ventures that we have successfully completed since January 2005.

Williams Lake, British Columbia Brought under contract in January of 2007, this 76 unit townhouse complex required substantial exterior renovations. Our management team formulated & coordinated an efficient system to upgrade these properties and bring them to market in a timely manner. To date, almost all of the renovations are completed.
