Willie Fisher

Willie has over 8 years of real estate transaction experience with extensive knowledge in residential, multi-family and commercial projects. He has successfully completed 17 real estate deals with a 75-million total value to date of property acquired and sold. He has done land deals on over 337acres and purchased over 363 multi-family doors. Willie also has over 13 years of entrepreneurial and management experience and has established, managed and successfully sold various restaurants and retail enterprises across British Columbia. He has also owned a master franchise territory where his responsibilities included research and analysis, location procurement, negotiations, establishing supplier networks, finding franchise buyers, full franchise setup and concluding final agreements. In addition, Willie established a successful import/export organization and is currently a director in multiple international business operations.

Randy Stark

Randy has over 25 years construction and real estate developing experience. His building and design experience includes single family, custom homes, duplexes, multi-family building renovations, commercial building tenant improvements, industrial, and concrete tilt-up building construction. He has built over 50 single family homes in Coquitlam, Vancouver, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Surrey, Port Coquitlam and throughout central British Columbia. Randy successfully rezoned several properties in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows and developed them into single family and duplex homes and rezoned 65 acres of raw land into commercial, industrial and residential development land in Chetwynd, BC. He also recently subdivided and developed 45,000 square feet of industrial property in Mission, BC.
